Seton High Students Thrive as Small Business Owners Amid Pandemic

Elizabeth Seton High School has offered a Hospitality and Tourism Management program for three years. Students are grouped to create and run their own small businesses.  The class is headed by a hospitality instructor.  Her students continue to run their businesses virtually, navigating the new retail landscape prompted by coronavirus restrictions.
