“World AIDS Day” Film Screenings and Fireside

WABJ is proud to partner with the DC Public Library for its World AIDS Day film screenings and fireside chat. WABJ member Marissa Mitchell of FOX 5 DC will moderate the post-screenings conversations.  This special evening marks 20 years since the release of the groundbreaking film Dirty Laundry, and unveils the new 30-minute short documentary Come Together: Art’s Power for Change — chronicling the film’s creation, legacy, and lasting social influence while honoring the late filmmaker Maurice Jamal.
